Laura Marshall
Chairperson
Laura Marshall is a Sr. Credit Analyst for FNBO and a mom of one. My goal for the center is to ensure all families who need childcare are able to find quality care within our community.
Jonelle Thoene
Vice-chairperson
Jonelle Thoene is the Family and Consumer Sciences teacher and FCCLA Adviser at Crofton High School. She has a Bachelor's degree in German Education and Family and Consumer Science Education and will complete her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in May 2024. Jonelle is a mom of two and understands the need for quality childcare in the Crofton area.
Becca Schellpeper
Secretary
Becca (Evans) Schellpeper grew up in Crofton, Nebraska and graduated from Crofton High School in 2007. She attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011. After living in Lincoln for 15 years, Becca and her daughter, Hazel, recently moved back to town. Becca is happy to be back in her hometown and grateful for the opportunity to help the community! She is eager to see a childcare center open to allow young families to continue to call Crofton home.
Brandy Bennett
Treasurer
Brandy Bennett studied and has many years of experience with business administration. She is a mom of two who loves gardening and cherishes small town values. As a working mom, Brandy understands the desire to find quality childcare.
Hannah Blomstedt
Board Member
Hannah Blomstedt is the 7-12 Art Teacher for Crofton Community Schools. She is beginning her ninth year in education, and she has previous experience working in and directing childcare centers. She is passionate about quality childcare where students creatively play, learn, and grow.
Alexandrea Evans
Board Member
My name is Alexandrea Evans. I’m married to Tim Evans, we have two daughters Willa and Landry. Tim and I bought our first home in Crofton in 2016 and are proud to be able to raise our family here.
